Hi All
I am new to EPABX and i am based in Qatar
Could anyone help me in configuring TEM824.
1) I have 2 CO lines and the extension i have given for each is 101 and 102.
2)I want to activate automated assistant which will attend the call from outside and transfer it to extension(Any additional card is required?)the option should be both in Arabic and English.
Need advise on the same to configure.
