Is it possible to enable the caller ID function from a handset? I have a customer in need of it asap and I cannot get back to my computer.

You need to confirm that you have the correct pII cu and 206EC cards.to make caller id work. I think its there automatically if you have those components. For buttons name display is f16 and and inspect is f17 ,no logging.

If I'm not bad mistaken your Partner II needs to be R.3 or greater the use 206ec or 400ec cards.
