So, I'm supposed to go out every day and check all my DX120 cabinets for faulty power supplies?

How about the customer calls us, says the system is dead and this is the problem? We're certainly not in the business of spending our days running around to see if KSU batteries are dead, power supplies are starting to fail, etc.

Regardless of the cause we have no recourse other than just losing another cabinet. They're getting a bit more difficult to find.

I'm looking at a DX120 cabinet with this issue as I type this. There's no evidence whatsoever of swollen caps or anything else. No real point in checking the 5vdc is there, it's already dead.
