Perhaps someone could tell me:
I want a specific greeting to play. Instead of system Good morning, Good day, and good evening. I want it to be something else. I know how to change it globally. It does not work for me.
In custom service settings I I can change DAY and NIGHT greetings. However, I cannot figure out where I can replace a MORNING greeting. It only has DAY, NIGHT, LUNCH, and BREAK. I do not see MORNING.
Again, if I replace that greeting in system prompt, it will play it for all trunks. I do not want that.
