Hi.
Perhaps someone could tell me:

I want a specific greeting to play. Instead of system Good morning, Good day, and good evening. I want it to be something else. I know how to change it globally. It does not work for me.

In custom service settings I I can change DAY and NIGHT greetings. However, I cannot figure out where I can replace a MORNING greeting. It only has DAY, NIGHT, LUNCH, and BREAK. I do not see MORNING.

Again, if I replace that greeting in system prompt, it will play it for all trunks. I do not want that.

TVA? or do you mean TVS. The TVS-50 has the "good xxxx" greetings in 248,249 and 250 along with the 'Welcome to the Panasonic Voice Processing" 817 IIRC that we turn off.

I don't ever remember those in a TVA.

Wow. I never heard them playing, but they're 324-326 and 1068.

What version software are you running? I think I have the 3 point something as a last install and I still don't remember them playing.

yeah, 3.01 is the latest as far as I know...

I think Good morning is only working when selected SYSTEM in service menue..

but I tricked it, I set the TVA service menue into AUTO, then open schedule, and added LUNCH period, and set it for 3AM-12PM, then attached my morning greeting. YEY! Working perfectly.

I still would like to know how to do it properly. It is weird, why system says Good morning but there's no way can I customize that one

you never heard them playin either:

1 it is disabled in main PROMPTS

2 Service settings menue is set to NONE

That's is only way it will not play it.

Is there a option on your TVA for company greeting. If there is record that and it will stop playing the good morning prompts

Yes, there are 32 available greetings... simply recording them will not cancel out systems Good morning.

I know how to cancel it, in service settings change SYSTEM to NONE and nothing will play.

in service settings there are DAY, NIGHT, BREAK and LUCH options... by selecting a certain company greetings 1-32 you can substitute systems Good Day, good evening. So my question was which one controls GOOD MORNING.

In port settings you will select a company greeting 1-32 for each port and each time mode if needed

One you record one and it is told to play for each port it overrides good morning/night prompts

I don't use PORTS, I use trunks...

and the goal is to assign my own Good Morning, day night greetings to service groups 4 and 5.
