North America is 5 seats for IMAP or unified messaging. The SMTP is available. Same as down here. SMTP is free. We hardly ever sell any UM8000 on the 8100 these days due to problems with installers trying to get them to go and the InMail is good enough for 99% of installs and now with DeskTop Suite integration to InMail.. From my experience the UM8000 unified messaging has not worked correctly since Outlook 2003.
