The enduser would like the calls to be put in a Hold queue so for example the caller would go directly into a queue and here a message stating to please hold for the next available rep.... and the huntgroup 620 will see the lights blinking and be able to pickup. If i setup just to go to HG 620 then no message is played just phones ring. Im wondering if there is a way to foward all calls to hold and then the external MOH will play the message.
