If everything else in the system is working, it may be a bad console. That's the easiest to try. If not the console and you don't have "critters" munching on the wiring, then it could be a bad control card. That's the big module that everything plugs in to. If you are not a Mitel tech, then it may be time to call a dealer in your area for help.
