OP tampasteve Member Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 818 Tampa	I am new to the Avaya IP Office, I just passed the class on the installation last week. The class was light on information on programming the Basic Edition with embedded voice mail. Basically I have a customer that wants to have a night auto attendant forward via a menu option to a cell phone. EG: "For after hours service press 3" and it goes to the number. Can I do this in the Basic Edition or do I need to move them to Essential? System: IP Office V2 R9.0 Basic Edition (2) Combo cards Embedded VM
