OP Clara Member Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 12 Ohio	ha, got it... so my mailbox is 202 but the phone I am using is 201 - so that was confusing!!! it kept saying ICM 217 on the lcd on my phone... not sure why as we do not have that many extensions... just 201 to 208... thanks very much for the guidance. Learned a few new things today and now understand where to go to change our recorded message! Couldn't find it until now. Thanks again!
