OP ryan0320 Member Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 65 Illinois	Genesiscomm, I went ahead and modified the Call Director for Eclass and Mclass to a known Operators extension and everything works now. This saved me from going to every single extension and changing the press 0. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Last edited by ryan0320; 08/01/14 02:55 PM.
