I have confirmed that guest rooms are being checked in but when you get forwarded to voice mail it just says if you know your parties ext please dial it now or hold for the operator. The Admin phones are in the same tenant and have the same forwarding but you can leave messages fine. I have changed the hunt group still the same. Then I deleted the mailbox recreated it same issue. I also tried a new extension and set it to guest in vm and it does the same. If all else fails I will just default the whole Voice Mail system. Any suggestions would be great.
