Does anyone have experience with SV8100 SIP Trunk set up for Entelegent/Pulsar 360?
There are 4 SIP trunks, and 10 DIDs.
I have experience with CBeyond and Telepacific. Since Pulsar 360 is not a certified NEC SIP trunk provider, there are no data sheets for the set up. I have adapted the CBeyond settings from the guide in an attempt to get the SIP trunks to register. At one point the system did register and dialing a DID would ring, but the phones would get a busy tone when picked up. Right now, I am unable to get the system to register with the Pulsar360.
From Pulsar350, I have a "realm", a proxy, a user ID and a password. I am unsure of what equals what in the SIP programming, and there are so many variables, it's been daunting. Can anyone give me some ideas?
