In MMC 210 there is a new setting called, Hold CID transfer. If it is off, it will not show CID coming from VM. Once turned on, it will show it. I discovered this a few months ago at a hospital install we did. I'd have to setup a bench to confirm this but if you are right you just answered something everyone has been asking Samsung to fix for the last 10 years.
