Customer's computer that had been used for Element Manager access to the BCM has been replaced. I downloaded EM to the new pc (Windows 7), and it works fine. But when I start the Call Pilot Manager from the Element Manager, it dumps me into a dos window and stops. The prompt in the dos window is C:\users\[username]\.bcm\BEM\bin.
If I connect to the BCM web interface, I can run the Call Pilot Manager, log in and do my work. I can also access the system remotely and everything works ok.
I have a recent version of Java installed. Could CP require a specific Java? Or any other suggestions to get this working normally?
Thanks. Jim

Kind of sounds like a bad install. Try it again Here use this link from site: https://bcm.sipsw.com/ApplicationLauncher/

I uninstalled EM, then re-loaded it from the BCM. No change. I'll try your link Curly.
Thanks.
