Ok, it sounds like your Voice Mail is down, check your main receptionist phone and see if you have an alarm. If no alarm, check date and time and see if they are correct. If you have an alarm, I would go ahead and turn off voice mail computer, wait 10-15 seconds and re start it. If no alarms and date shows 1 Jan, I would think you need to re load the database into the CPU. Hope this helps
