i recently upgraded software on an 0x32 to 6.1 and added fiber expansion. when i power up system it goes into maint. any ideas about what is happening. if i take the expansion out i can go into programming no problem.if i put it back in , back to maint.

Put the fiber expansion card into the other slot.

Do you have XC software?
You could be restricted to 0x32 size.
