Scorpion Member Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 18 England	We had something like this well the caller didnt have to press an option and it would ring the out of hours people. when they went sip it didn't transmit voice and we found out that the Mgi/MPS ports needed to be open even though it was sip in and back out. that may help you.
