Hello Yall,
One of our clients has recently upgraded her phone system to an Avaya G450. This client receives MoH service from us. we had an RCA audio cord connected between the MoH player and the MoH port on the old phone system. When the client upgraded to the G450, she spliced her own audio cord in order to plug it to the G450. However, she has been playing silence since then. My guess is she did not splice the cord correctly. I would really appreciate yall providing me with the info on how to correctly splice a standard RCA end into an RJ45 end...Which pins on the RJ 45 do you crimp the two wires to?

Thank you in advance for your help
