I have been told multiple times by NEC tech support that there is no way to monitor the activity on a NEC phone system live. I just have a hard time believing that I can log into an IDS phone system, we installed over 20 years ago, remotely and watch everything that happens on that system, but I am unable to do that with the new NEC I just installed. There has to be some way.

Is tech support correct, or has anyone figured out how to do this?
