I have a DSX40, sw v3.43 with SIP trunks from Time Warner just installed. Now, I'm not sure this problem existed before the SIP trunks since this is a new customer, but when a call comes in and overflows to voice mail, the caller gets the LOGON message "please enter your mailbox followed by the pound sign" instead of call routing 801 (day) or 802 (802). During the day, calls key ring then overflow to 801 and at night, they go direct to 802 as per program 3112. Both 801 and 802 have customer recorded greetings in them upon checking them in system admin. Any ideas????
