Customer has called 4 times. I was sleeping. They are having a fund raising telethon today Sat. 06/04, but all calls are going straight to Auto Attendant where they are asked to dial an ext.
Can I or the customer remotely call in and turn off Auto Attendant? or can someone at the site do something? I do not believe they have a night transfer button.
