Hi guys,
I got CIX100 with MIPU16 installed. successfully added 2 IP5631 ip phones, when add 3rd and 4th exactly same phones, the phones keep saying registering to server E13, and get stuck. I have 4 ip end point licenses. wondering what could have gone wrong?

Is the MIPU card being used for anything else like SIP trunks or IPQSIG?

Go to IP Telephony then L/M/G IPU Configuration click on the slot number on the right hand side and see what FB9 Available IPU/IPH IP Ports is displaying (greyed out box under the firmware box)

Check CIX applies Terminal Authentication feature, or, IP address filtering. Verify Prog 150 FK2 and Prog 250 FK5, FK6 for
Terminal Authentication. Verify Prog 250 FK2, FK3 for IP address filtering.”

can someone explain how to check E13?

I believe Carlos already did in his second post. You probably have terminal authentication enabled.

Hi David, how do i find Prog 150 FK2 ? emanager doesn't seem to have that labled.

IP Telephony/System IP Data is P150
Feature Key 02 is the Terminal Authentication option
