We have a customer with an Axxess 6.009. They recently switched to Comcast and seems we need to make an adjustment for TX and/or RX gain on the trunk ports (LSC).
In DB Studio under 'Devices/Trunks' the Transmit Gain and Receive Gain options have red X through them like they either don't apply or some other reason.
Does anyone know if we can make this adjustment on the InterTel? Comcast tech support guy was useless, had no idea what dB levels even were or why they would matter so I was hoping to just compensate on the InterTel rather than try to get Comcast to fix their end.
