After leaving the Nortel products, I installed a couple of DSX-40 systems, then did several SL1100's. A friend is suggesting that I look at the SV9100 for future installs.
What is the progression of NEC systems? SL1100, SV8100, and then SV9100? Is the 9100 too big for a small office (about 15 phones)? Is programming any more logical or simpler than the 1100? And cost to the customer: is the 9100 going to be anywhere close to the 1100?
I know I'll have to get certified. Another learning curve. There will be more telephone choices for the customer. Any thoughts? Thanks.
