Like almost all Samsung web interfaces, you have to use Internet Explorer.
I can't remember if you need compatibility mode or not.
I don't have one connected at the office at the moment so can't check.
You can reset them back to default, the procedure is the same as resetting the ip address, but the button you press is the one above or below (can't remember which way)
