I have 2 of these module attached to different phones. I've reset one back to the default IP but the default user ID and password are not working. Is there a way to factory reset the unit.
The 2nd 5264 I enter :8080 but it does not go to the login screen so I can't access it. Any ideas?
Upgrading the system, cannot get into the modules to update the firmware.

Like almost all Samsung web interfaces, you have to use Internet Explorer.
I can't remember if you need compatibility mode or not. I don't have one connected at the office at the moment so can't check.
You can reset them back to default, the procedure is the same as resetting the ip address, but the button you press is the one above or below (can't remember which way)
