One of our client using PC console with OS500 ,that PC's mother board became damaged and now we have replace the computer but when we contacted Samsung regional office they told us that this product has been stopped and NO MORE SUPPORT for OS500.


We are in Trouble ,still we are insisting to our principal to provide the licence and they are trying to contact Korea

Are you people aware of this stop ,is there a way to install
OS7030 with PC console and connect with OS500 and monitor Os500 users(any other way)

You've got several problems.
The os500 is not supported, and neither is the os operator software.

Plus with the last change on the licensing server korea did all the old licenses are not available anymore.

So if you can't find the license key Samsung issued when you got the license years ago you're likely out off luck.

The new xchange operator console is only compatible with os7000.

Did you have os link and operator on the same pc? As the license key is stored in os link.

If the old hard drive is still around you could get the license key out of the windows registry files.

I understand that we can have that Licence key in our record,but that licence key belong to the PC which has been damaged and out of order,should we provide that licence key to Korea and they will check and provide other Licence for the New Computer.

Like nameless said, you're probably out of luck. Samsung moved to the alpha numeric licenses and can't generate the old ones anymore. We've also tried several times to get old licenses and they said flat out its not possible anymore. Support for the 500/100 ended ~5 years ago now

the license was usually issued against the MCP2 mac address, not the local pc mac address.
