We have a customer with 5 off site locations. Each location has a couple SMT phones as well as a Cisco SPA112 ATA device for a cordless phone. All sites worked fine.
At two of the sites, the ATA devices now cause the SMT phones to stop working. All phones are using DHCP, We don't see any IP conflicts.
Unplug the ATA, SMT works fine. Unplug the SMT, ATA works fine. We brought the ATA to our shop. Hooked up ATA along with SMT and both worked fine.
Cust IT guys replaced routers at two sites that weren't working, no change.
We are baffled. Anyone have any thoughts ?
