Hey gang,
Apparently Panasonic messed something up on "CO Call waiting" on Rel-7 (or others as well)
Customer has Vers-7 kxtd816, CO call waiting doesn't work properly - cuts off calls- works sporadically--will switch to second caller but when returning to initial caller second or both callers get cut off. Customer stated it worked fine before switching to 816 from 824.- tried various flash timer settings 400ms/500ms ...even 300 and 600...no go.
Works fine on SLT consistently
Just happen to have a Vers 7 in inventory - did same tests / flash timers and GET SAME SPORADIC issues! Works fine at home with SLT as well.

ANYBODY come across this before on KXTD's? I know they're old now...and most customers have line hunting ...but....
