I have a client who needs to reduce the lowest volume setting on his keyset.
Maybe something with a thumb wheel he can hold while talking as he has very sensitive hearing.
Is there anything out there that can go in line with the handset that will give full range control so you could actually turn it down to almost nothing?
Thanks, Gem
