Hi I did take IP phone that is working in NH home for weekend and tried on my internet connection it couldn't find the ESI server . com link lost reconnecting . are you saying plug in and go into ESI programming and reprogram remote address? If a remote phone was working it should work fine at another location. As far as the one in Florida that isn't working it needs the new public IP address of the system programmed into it. The new 60 key phone allows you to program it with the buttons on the phone. The older 48 key phone needs to be programmed via software from a pc or if it is connected locally to the KSU it will get the new programming.
