I need to default an OfficeServ 7030 and the password has been changed. Can someone PM the procedure how to default the system please?

Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 sec while powering the system up.

And check the s/w version if it isn't the latest before powering it down upgrade it to the latest version.

You will lose your license key so any vm ports won't work once.you default it. You'll need to get it from the original dealer

That would be contacting Samsung and asking them to reset the password to default.
