Probably a simple one, when I go into MMC 604 and assign paging sets, I cannot assign the external page extension as well, how can I have a page going over the external overhead page and the internal phones at the same time?

MMC605 is your external page zone configuration.
Then program a page* key on the keyset, or dial the page feature code (default is 55) then *
