If I’m working on a ACD programming does it require a reboot after programming is done I remember this from the aspire everybody had to log out and re-boot the phones and then you could log back in can somebody confirm whether that’s true on the SV 8100
Thanks

I never have had to reboot BUT you must log out and let the system update after you are done. Sometimes it takes a minute.

OK ..So it's been a while since I have been out at this site SV 8100 9.50 still need to upgrade... all IP Phones (IP Addresses are coming from the SV8100)
They use ACI Codes to log into to different & Multiple groups
They wanted to add another 800 number to create a different group
when I enter the new code nobody could log in if they where logged out prior
I am assuming that everyone has to log out then log back in
I am going back after hours next week as opposed to before hours which will give me the system to myself
