So I posted the other topic looking for a way to change system versions so I could use session manager. Not much given there but thanks. I've received many helpful answers here. Now, I thought I'd drop back to terminal. I have the correct cable and adapter. When the CPC is up I can't get a peep out of it. However if I leave the terminal open and reboot the CPC I get this:
