CTX-100 with IES-32 VM -- Phone system does not use access code for outside line - just press the Line button. If they dial 911 you can here the tones being dialed. The ext. you dial from then locks up and you have to unplug it for about 20 sec. before you can use it again. What is the best way to program this right? Thanks, LYLE
