OP zete Member Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 44 Charleston, South Carolina	Good Morning all: We get lots of lightning along the coast and it seems that the avaya acs family sends out a message that the processor is looking for a lightning shot???? Is there some way to separate the shell on an ACS processor? There MUST be fuses inside? Thanks Zete
