On the SV9100 or SV8100 digital or IP phone I think you are looking for an APN-91. When you turn the phone over and pop the little access open you will see a little mini connector. On the SV8100 the headset key MUST be on key 25 and on the SV9100 I don't think it matters. Yah, I've used the APN-91 on the 8100/9100 but the cable NTAC is saying to use on the 8IPLD is the APD-80 which, from looking at the Plantronics website, doesn't have the same mini connector.
