I was the IT guy in 1995 when we installed an ADIX with a 4VML card at a ski resort. I maintained it for 15 years until I retired. Recently, a lightning strike fried parts of the system, including the 4VML. The system then was left unplugged for a few weeks, which put the CPU into default mode. All the documentation I had was either destroyed or tossed maliciously.
I was begged back into service and I have everything up and running again, except for the DTR in the Auto Attendant. I need 2 of the 8 trunks to go to a different menu, which worked just fine in the past. I think I may be missing something in the Integration Tab.
Integration is set to default values, and I have tried different DTR checkboxes being checked.
The DTR Table and Off Hook Scheduling all look correct I believe.
All programing is done through a station (sigh) and VMI 3.02.13.
CPU is V6.30 D
4VML is R2.03
Thanks
