I was called back by comcast and explained the trouble started the day Verified CID was rolled out.
She put customer back on a non-Verified CID switch and problem went away.
At least customer has Caller ID again.

Does anyone know if access to ESI old legacy website is still available. I thought at one time i could get to it through a link in newer website. It escapes me now....i would like to update any s class software out there.
