hello guys. my customer has a 616 with a bst door box. when a customer pushes the button it rings the phone but when they answer there is no voice audio, yet you can hear cars going by. doesnt make sense. and if they dial the box from a phone the same thing happens. anyone have an idea on this. thanks. dave
