Our office uses the remote messaging system on our phone system. Our system is Inter-Tel Axxess 5000, using database 11.004, DB Studio 1.67 version.

One of our agents doesn't receive the system message that he has a voicemail inhouse when he has his phone set to forward to his cell phone. This just started for some reason. I checked the system and all settings appear to be correct. I'm not sure why it would just stop working. Any thoughts?
