Have you been able to connect with this laptop in the past, or is this a new installation?
There is a version specifically made for Windows 10, but I don't know what version is reported after the installation. Toshiba has this Win10 version listed as Network eManager V5.20BW10. The last working Windows 7 version is Network eManager V5.20B26. There was another newer version that got removed from FYI
