Ok, weird one here.
7400 with 5.03, SVMi20i For any mailbox, you cannot change the password. Currently set with a subscriber default password 6 digits, none in the force subscriber to change.
Nobody can change their passwords. When you log into a mailbox and press #7 it jumps right to "To record your name, press 2" If you press 1, it says "That option is not available"
Did I flip a switch somewhere by accident???

If you mean the activity log, there is something odd:
[EXT 01 Carlson Syl] WARNING - MCL is not defined.
But in the maibox block mclass is set to standard....
Anyway, the system maintenance seems to have cleared whatever the issue was.

The error is talking about the ext block not the mbx block. Check the settings in the ext block as by default it will hit the ext block first (if it exists) then the mvx block
