@teldata1, again I will ask, what does "better" mean? Better looking? Better frequency response? Better coverage area? Better durability?
You should have an impedance meter and take a system load reading to verify that you won't go over the system's power capacity. Most schools use a 25V system, which means even if you tap that A6T at 8 watts, you're only going to be getting 1W out of it. That's not nearly enough, and even on 70V I would not recommend A6T for an outdoor paging speaker on a school. If they want to hit parking lots and a gym, a paging horn is, without a doubt, the best bet. Of course, the location of those horns and their ability to transmit their sound over the area you need unobstructed is paramount.
