Hopefully someone might be able to point me in good direction. Looking for a repair service provider for Fluke/Netscout Linkrunner LRAT-2000 units. Kept having weird output and come to figure out the NIC/RJ45 plug is wonky, depending on how you hold the patch cable you get different results  . I did a couple google searches and I keep getting things on "Joy Company" but the site is a little weird, with no information on location, etc. Not sure if any other integrators have used or had any recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did give them a try, unfortunately they aren't taking on repairs of units at this time, just looking to sell I guess. Thanks for the input though.
