we just had a Legend Processor that dumped some of it's programming. All the night service trunks were lost.

I add the lines back to the night service and everything rings fine, except it rings the QCC once before going to voice mail. The receptionist claims this did not happen before. It occurs in POS Busy on or off. Does this sound normal?

I dont think that it should ring -- am not sure but I will be working on one tomorrow and I will let you know if this customer's ring before going to night service.
