I just started working at my company and they run a Merlin Legend 4.0. My office wasn't used before so but it had the phone line already. Now that my phone is hooked up, it rings for every call that comes in. I asked if we could change this so it only rings when there's a call for me but the employee who used to know how to do this is no longer with the company and nobody here knows how.
I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer since the constant ringing of the phone is slowly driving me crazy.
Is it something I can do on my end or does it need to be done from the main phone?

You -should- be able to press this sequence at your phone:
Feature 00 Press ANY line that rings at your phone Dial *345 Feature *00
If that doesn't do it, you may need to get a hold of your telecom vendor, as the Legend can be set up so many different ways, it may be challenging to find what to change from here.
