I also wanted to know if I can use any software to program remotely using the internal modem, or can I use Procomm or WINSPM? Or do you program by dialing in using phone prompts.

The CD w/ the book on it only talks about installing the card, their is no programming information. At least in the Partner stuff, there is the flow chart of options to set up for the Vmail.
